extremely balanced boss vs extremely balanced shot

fuck it, 4am upload that would have been actually 5am if dst didn't end while i was literally throwing attempts at this, screwing both upload and sleep schedules in one fell swoop

This game has a feature where you can play from any point in a replay, unlocked after inputting a code in the congratulations screen after getting all the secret achievements, so I used my LNB replay to do this.
(Yes, this means you have essentially a free splicing tool. I did each fight attempt in single sittings though.)

Holy shit this boss is so bad for Vinca. This took me 3 hours.
If I could take out each fairy one at a time before one of the nons timed out, that would make this much easier. I go for Luna first, since Sunny's circle on her spells makes Star's 1st spell a bit easier. You want to have Sunny on her 2nd spell by the time Star's 1st non times out, and Luna already gone.
This is still all easier said than done. Sometimes the fairies can move in such ways that your Hahaa Shield:tm: is closer to the fairy you don't wanna hit yet, and that screws things up.

Not sure if I want to do Clownpiece LNN. All of her difficulty is funneled into the last two spells, the latter of which taking 2 minutes and being a complete diceroll in the final phase. If not for those, and this fight, Vinca would have a free LNN.
