Couzens report: 'More offenders could be serving in the police force today'

A former police officer turned MP has warned more offenders could be serving in the force today following an inquiry into Sarah Everard's killer Wayne Couzens.
The damning report found Couzens should never have been a police officer and three different forces "repeatedly ignored" red flags.
Lib Dem Chief Whip Wendy Chamberlain, who left the force in 2011, said she was shocked at the lack of co-ordination between the three forces involved, warning "other situations" could happen.
She urged the Home Secretary James Cleverly to take action "very, very quickly".
